About the role

  • You will be required to manage the successful delivery of change, ensuring all initiatives are delivered to meet business and stakeholder requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Provide day to day support in delivery of change initiatives for Global Financial Operations
  • Design of policies, processes and systems that support the Finance Operations function to deliver its change objectives.
  • Advise stakeholders on projects to help inform strategic decision making and input into long term business planning for their areas.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure those requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Document business requirements for key initiatives.
  • Build and execute project plans to ensure on-time delivery of projects that meet stakeholder requirements.

  • Work alongside business readiness functions to ensure criteria for readiness is evaluated and communicated for all projects impacting Financial Operations.
  • Partner with initiating teams to complete change impact assessments for Global Financial Operations.

  • Establish and maintain a solid network with key stakeholders across the business and where relevant our customer base.

What you bring

  • Significant experience in the payments including regulatory requirements and Card Network processes, including experience in a payments settlement services organization.
  • A solid understanding of how people experience change and executing processes to ensure that change is successful. Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and dealing with the ambiguity associated with these efforts.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills and ability to communicate with people and teams both within your organization and across the enterprise.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to create strong working relationships with internal clients and cross-functional team members to maximize project effectiveness and value realization to Worldpay.
  • Adaptable style, comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment while continuing to maintain focus on priorities.
