Primary responsibilities for the part-time Mentor Project Consultant will include:

Focus on assisting Mentor Project Coordinator with all aspects of the standards for Elements for Effective Practice (4th edition) including recruitment, screening, training, matching and initiation, monitoring and support and closure.

Additional responsibilities will include development of online training and resources.

Serve as mentor and trauma trainer as per request.

Serve as trainer for REAL Essentials curriculum (healthy relationships).

Assist with media production and resources for mentoring.

Assist with Website development – PARC and CORE.

Work on curriculum development with Mentor Project Coordinator.

Effectively communicate with school administrators and site coordinators, as well as assisting the college students when appropriate.
