Client Care Consultant

Overall Objective

To deliver technical support to Velosio's clients for Dynamics GP as well as named third party solutions and other add-on modules and to maintain and increase client satisfaction/loyalty to Velosio.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely follow-up, escalation (if necessary) and resolution to technical support issues to maintain and increase client satisfaction
  • Provide timely updates to MSCRM by logging support incidents, telephone calls and other communications
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities to extend product knowledge via online training, etc.
  • Proactively promote client education opportunities including Aspire and other customer events and webinars
  • Assist in supporting Velosio's internal Dynamics GP system as requested
  • Document services rendered using Velosio's time and expense billing system
  • Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)
  • Use internal systems and processes to maintain client relations and business operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leader
  • Attain product certifications as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Strong ERP product knowledge
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a desire to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or information systems or equivalent
  • 2+ years ERP consulting experience
  • Possesses a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools such as Scribe, Advanced SQL, etc
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft ERP application certification a plus
  • Accounting experience a plus
