Job Description

  • Present, educate, and sell merchandise to customers while addressing caller’s needs with exceptional phone etiquette. Answering all incoming calls/chats promptly and professionally in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Exhibit the strategies, skills, and methods used in selling or promoting products during customer’s inquiry.

  • Display strong salesmanship techniques for closing sales by building rapport, qualifying customers, dealing with rebuttals, and overcoming objections. Exhibit the ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell company products after closing the sale. Follow up with customers by creating sales leads.
  • Able to multitask effectively and proficiently by navigating through multifunctional CPU interface systems like; ZenDesk, NetSuite, BoldChat, Five9 dashboard, third party distributors, Slack Channels, inventory spreadsheets, calculation devices and vendor websites in an efficient manner. Properly enter customer information into necessary programs to ensure successful product delivery. Examine, analyze, and document relevant details to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships. Ensures a positive customer experience by building value in our products and the company. Performs cost-benefit, needs analysis and creates excitement while expertly meeting customers’ needs during vehicle fitment.
  • Identify the best line of communication to effectively convey problematic issues or solutions to customers, vendors, or team members, both verbally and written.
  • Read and understand individual KPI Reports that track closing percentage, number of chats & calls, and salesman discounts, which emphasize individual performance. Able to be mentored through coaching, training, constructive criticism, or counseling.
  • Continuously improves skills, knowledge, and technical acumen in vehicle and truck knowledge through vendor training, product classes, training courses, and product proficiency testing. Study competitors' pricing, inventory, warranty, return policy, and customer service.

  • Be able to type at least 45 wpm.
