Job Description

As a Clinical Consultant on the Long-Term & Post-Acute Care team, you will partner with Cerner's client clinical stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements. You will provide clinical guidance and expertise to clients and internal project team. You will facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending interventions to prepare for change. This position will support engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed. By leading client meetings and facilitating discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology, you will cultivate client relationships to achieve business outcomes. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of licensed clinical or health care work experience
  • Certified as a State Board Registered Nurse or State Board Certified Physical Therapist or be a Licensed Professional Counselor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Clinical Studies, Health Care or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Health Care IT Project Management, Sales or Consulting work
  • At least 4 years of people management work experience

Expectations

  • Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
  • Willing to travel up to 75% as needed
  • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Kansas City, MO
