Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.

Within the Enterprise Functions Technology organization, this lead position will provide program goverance and oversight for the Marketing Channel Execution domain. This position will provide the ability to govern across disparate systems and identify technical opportunities to streamline data and system integrations with our Enterprise Architects. Critical to this role is the ability to ensure that our channel delivery solutions are compliant with Wells Fargo technology policy and our Third Party Risk Management program, where applicable. The ability to traverse both the technology as well as risk management will be critical for success. This position will entail partnering with multiple product groups, a marketing operations team, and others within the Technology to develop an enterprise solution. This requires a full understanding of business objectives and their underlying drivers, as well as regulatory/privacy compliance and information security, and data management processes, program management, and executive level communication.

Acting as a liasion between client areas and the technical organization, this individual will plan, conduct and direct the analysis of highly complex business problems requiring automated solutions. The position will entail defining and documenting technical requirements, system and process documentation along with the creation and execution of test plans and scripts for both applications and processes.

Time will be spent in the following areas:

  • 30% Strategizing with business partners and Enterprise Architects on channel integration concepts
  • 30% Designing system use cases by partnering with technical and business resources to ensure that project requirements are expressed on properly
  • 20% Gathering and finalizing detailed technical requirements for system integrations
  • 20% Program goverance ensuring repeatable architectural integration patterns

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 3+ years of database marketing experience
  • 3 + years of experience with application integration
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • 2 + years of experience with Agile tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies
  • SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience
  • Experience in Hadoop ecosystem tools for real-time batch data ingestion, processing and provisioning such as Apache Flume, Apache Kafka, Apache Sqoop, Apache Flink, Apache Spark or Apache Storm
  • 3 + years of digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce
  • Ability to design and build PEGA platform reusable assets, best practices and principle
  • 1+ year of RESTful or SOAP web services
  • Java experience
  • JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) development experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of internet, mobile, and social media technology
  • Microsoft Visio experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to provide and work from a home office
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific time, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Mountain time, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Central time, or 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Eastern time
  • Ability to work on call as assigned

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
