To conduct comprehensive review of employee relations issues to include but not limited to discrimination, sexual harassment and hostile work environment, violation of confidentiality, fraud and violation of federal, state or organizational laws, regulations and policy. Researches new and changing laws and regulations for organizational compliance. Assists in the development or revision of organizational policy and provides training to managers and employees. Coordinates development, maintenance and implementation of affirmative plan. Acts as a liaison between EEOC, OFCCP and other regulatory agencies. Conducts internal audit of policies, practices and procedures to identify possible violations. Compiles and submits required EEO statistical reports. Analyzes employment data in order to comply with guidelines set by the EEO, federal and state requirements.
Minimum of five (5) years of general Human Resources experience or
Minimum of two (2) years of professional level experience in employee relations to include previous experience with Title VII and OFCCP regulations to include affirmative action requirements
Previous healthcare experience
